Description of Carbonation Plant
QHS series carbonated beverage mixer is designed and manufactured to increase the proportion of water, syrup and carbon dioxide gas in the three tanks of the filling machine. Using foreign advanced technology, the static mixer reduces the water layer, increases the carbonation time, and ensures the mixing effect. The CO2 circulation system is conducive to saving CO2 consumption and controlling the oxygen input.

1. Installation and adjustment
After the equipment arrives at the customer's site, the customer is responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment according to the placement diagram; and under the guidance of our installation and adjustment technicians. The final decision on staff costs.
2. Training
1). We are responsible for providing technical training to users. The training covers the structure and maintenance of the equipment, the control and operation of the equipment. Through training, the user's technicians can master and operate and maintain skills proficiently, and deal with general faults in time. We will appoint qualified technicians for guidance.

3. Quality Assurance
1). We guarantee that the goods supplied are brand new, unused, made of the latest designs and suitable materials, and we guarantee that the specifications of the equipment are consistent with the contract.
2). Through the correct installation and debugging guidance, we ensure that the production line reaches the technical performance indicators within 5 days after the production line is put into operation.
3). We are responsible for production line failures and damages caused by our design, technology, manufacturing, installation, adjustment, material defects, etc., all of which are our responsibility.
4). The warranty period is 12 months after the acceptance of the production line. If the equipment provided by the customer's factory is different from the relevant equipment in the contract, the user has the right to file a claim with the legal department to our company through the inspection certificate during the warranty period of the goods.
4. Warranty
A 12-month maintenance period is provided for problems caused by our company's design, manufacturing, material quality, etc., and related parts and effective services are provided free of charge. After the warranty period, we will provide extensive and favorable technical support, and after-sales service is always the same.
