With only one cam and one output shaft, any intermittent motion can be provided without other unnecessary parts.
2. Correct drive mechanism:
When indexing or stopping, the rollers are fixed in position, so no locking elements are required.
3. Smooth movement:
Because the output shaft is designed to rotate continuously in any position (regardless of angle, speed and/or acceleration), the rotating unit runs smoothly without vibration and noise.
4. High precision indexing:
Specially designed needle roller bearings in the indexer ensure high dividing accuracy and high torque while ensuring heavy load capacity. This standard model has a segmentation accuracy of ±30". Higher segmentation accuracy (±15") is available if required.
5. High-speed performance:
Preload is applied to the tapered support ribs of the precision machined cam and needle bearings, completely avoiding backlash for reliable and high-speed operation. Fully controlled acceleration reduces shock due to load or vibration.
6. Movement curve:
Corresponding to the required application, it can provide: ① deformed trapezoidal curve (MT) ② deformed sinogram (MS) ③ deformed constant velocity curve (MCV)
