The double-wheel sand washing machine integrates two wheel sand washing machines, a dewatering screen and a hydrocyclone, and is specially designed for the washing, classification, recovery, concentration and dehydration of coarse and fine materials. The double-wheel sand washing machine can widely process sandstone, quartz sand, aggregate, coal, ore, tailings, etc. The sand has been washed, dehydrated, and classified twice to greatly reduce the muddy impurities and moisture content in the sand and improve the sand quality. The double-wheel sand washing machine is upgraded and developed on the basis of the original sand washing and recycling equipment.
The pretreated material enters the first-level cleaning tank. Under the continuous rotation and stirring of the impeller, the material is fully mixed into the water, and the impurities on the surface of the material are taken away by the water to make the material cleaner. The impeller then sucks the material out of the water and leaks out the water and impurities, transports the qualified material to the second tank, and repeats the process in the first tank to further clean the material twice. Then it enters the dewatering screen, and a large amount of water is removed through the vibration of the dewatering screen, making the material more convenient for storage and transportation. The material leaking out of the water tank enters the slurry pump through the overflow device, and is pumped to the hydrocyclone for concentration and recovery. The qualified material after concentration is returned to the dewatering screen for dehydration. Excess muddy water and impurities enter the return tank.
