working principle

Step 1: Wash
The motor runs slowly with the impeller after being decelerated by the belt, reducer and gear. The sand and gravel flow into the washing tank from the feeding tank, roll with the impeller, and grind each other. The impurities covering the sand are being washed away. Add more water at the same time, the strong water flow will take away the garbage and some lightweight garbage in the laundry tank. Through the above process, the washing function is completed. Clean sand is lifted by leaves. As it slowly rises, water starts dripping from the mesh and back into the laundry tub.

Step 2: Dehydration
Qualified sand is directly shoveled onto the dewatering screen. The dewatering screen is made of PU polyurethane material, which is non-clogging, high temperature resistance, high corrosion resistance and longer service life. From this step, the moisture of wet sand can be greatly reduced.

Step3: Fine powder recovery
The waste sand water is pumped into the high-pressure sedimentation separator by the mud pump, and the 0.16-3mm fine sand is sprayed onto the polyurethane screen for dehydration, and the waste water is returned to the return tank to flow out.
