Samples can be ready within 2-3 days. The sample fee can be paid by TT, PAYPAL, etc. We will also consider sending samples for free, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer

Q.4: How to ensure your quality control

First, all raw materials pass IQC before the production process; second, during the IPQC production process; third, QC inspection before packaging; finally, full inspection before shipment.

Q.5: Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on the products or the package?

Most of our business is OEM, we can silkscreen your logo on the product, or make your own packaging design.

Q.6: How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by email, we will issue a proforma invoice according to your requirements. After getting your confirmation on PI, we will reply the delivery time and arrange the production accordingly.

Q. 7: What is your shipment suggestion?

We recommend small order or trial order by air or express (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.). For big order, we suggest to ship by sea, if you have your own forwarder, you can send the contact information, if you need us to quote the shipping cost, we can check the best price for you.

Q.8: What is the lead time for shipment? Do you have stock?

Usually we have stock for hot selling items. We will quote the delivery time according to your quantity. 7-15 days for regular orders.
