Salt Processing Cleaning System

· There are 3 (three) cyclones in the system.
· Cyclone 1 has a volume of 4.5 cubic meters.
· Cyclone 2 has a volume of 4.5 m3.
· Cyclone 3 has a volume of 4.5 m3.
· The cyclone separator is made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
·The steel plate thickness is 4mm.
· The outlet of the cyclone will have 2 x 2.5" product outlets. 2 nickel shut off valves will be used.
· The grid width of the cyclone separator is 200 mm and the depth is 300 mm.
· The upper diameter of the cyclone separator is 2300mm.
· The total length of the cyclone separator is 3900 mm.
· There will be 2 cleaning springs inside the cyclone for product cleaning.
· The prewash cyclone will be equipped with an agitator.

Hydrocyclone

· A cyclone will be used in the washing system.
· A hydrocyclone will be used to stagnate water to the main cyclone with solid-liquid separation.
· For upper cyclone separator.
· It will be made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
· The inlet and outlet of cyclone products adopt chrome-nickel valves.

product pump

· There will be two product pumps in the system.
· All surfaces in contact with fluid and product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
· The pump will flow all the way without obstruction.
· Induced fan
· Vortex pump
· Fluid does not enter the sealing area under working conditions.
· Soft packing, suitable for salt water sealing PS 3740 Pear-shaped cross fabric flexible ten support, graphite PTFE fiber sealing.
· Seals will be used for water circulation cooling
· Engine power 18 Kw
· Flow 50 m3/h
·Using Pn10 flange connection.

plumbing and installation

· The piping providing product movement between the cyclones will be suitable for the diameter of the pump and the thickness of the piping will be at least 2mm.
· The anti-blocking pipeline is equipped with a return valve.
· There are flanges and pipe joint reducers between the pipe and the valve.
· All accessories are made of chrome-nickel stainless steel.
· Piping welds will be verified to the standard.
· Fresh water and wash water lines will be connected to each cyclone.
· Overflow and return pipes will be made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
· Product pipe diameter will be in the range of 2" - 2.5".
· Fresh and wash water piping will be in the 1.5"-2" diameter range.
·There will be a pressure gauge at the outlet of the pump.
· There will be a stainless steel valve in front of the pressure gauge.

put up
· The main load-bearing columns and beams are made of NPU 160 double material.
· Beams are NPU 100 profiles.
· The centrifuge plane and the upper cyclone plane will be constructed of diamond-shaped steel plates.
· This offer does not include stairs and railings.
· The length of the sieve is 8600mm.
