SPC floor production line
Basic Information:The SPC floor uses PVC and CaCO3 as raw materials and is divided into five layers, UV layer, transparent wear-resistant layer, decorative layer, SPC core material, and IXPE.
process:The base material is extruded through an extruder, and the PVC wear-resistant layer + decorative layer + IXPE are pressed on the base material, then surface UV, cutting line, double-end tenon, V-groove painting line, IXPE laminating machine and packaging.

SPC floor production line mixer
The mixer is used for mixing, drying and coloring of various plastics. The unit combines hot mixing and cold mixing processes, and the hot mixed materials automatically enter the cold mixing and cooling to remove residual gas and prevent agglomeration.
SPC extrusion line
SPC extrusion line is one of the most important production processes for producing SPC flooring.
The extruder converts the mixed raw materials into an SPC core layer through a double-cone screw and a die head, and uses an embossing roller to laminate the wear-resistant layer and decorative film on the core layer, and finally forms an SPC floor slab.
UV coating line
The UV coating line is specially designed for SPC floor coating with UV varnish, which has the characteristics of anti-scratch, anti-bacteria and anti-fouling.
Each applicator roller is controlled by an individual motor

Multi-blade sawing machine
The cutting machine is used to automatically cut large floors into several small pieces.
It is attached to the back of the double-end tenon machine for continuous work.
It can be matched with automatic feeding machine to realize automatic production. .
Double-ended tenon
This production line is mainly suitable for the continuous production of SPC flooring.
The line includes feed rolling
Workbench, longitudinal double-end tenon and transverse double-end tenon.
It can handle various click profiles such as: Unilin, Valinge, I4F, 5G, etc.
V-groove coating line (optional)
For the V-groove of the floor, use water-based paint, brush the long side first, after the long side is dry, then brush the short side and dry. The painted floor improves the waterproof performance and facilitates the splicing of the floor.
IXPE/EVA Composite Machine
Adhesive underlayment material (IXPE/EVA) on the back of the floor to improve sound insulation. After adjusting the floor straight line system, the floor is glued with the conveyor belt, passed through the heating oven, the cushion is pressed tightly with rubber rollers, and then trimmed.
Packing line (optional)
It can be connected with IXPE/EVA laminating machine for packaging and automatic palletizing of finished floors.
Dust removal system
It is used to collect and process all kinds of dust generated by double-end tenon and multi-blade saw machines.
How to choose equipment
1. Is V-groove required?
If the SPC floor does not need a V-groove, there is no need for a V-groove paint line after the DET line.
Depends on the local market.
2. What is your floor click?
There are many types of clicks in the market, you can send us photos or samples.

3. What is your target output? Final floor size/thickness? What is the texture?
The size and thickness of the finished floor determines the choice of extruder and cutter. (Type 110 extruder can do 10~12 m³/24h)
