1.Introduction:

The halogen rapid moisture analyzer is a new type of rapid moisture detection instrument. Its ring-shaped halogen heater ensures that the sample is evenly heated during the high temperature test process, so that the surface of the sample is not easily damaged, and it dries quickly. During the drying process, the moisture analyzer continues. The moisture content% of the sample lost is measured and displayed immediately. After the drying process is completed, the final moisture content value is locked and displayed. Compared with the international oven heating method, the test results have good consistency, are replaceable, and the detection efficiency is much higher than the oven method. Generally, the sample can be measured in just 4-5 minutes. The instrument is simple to operate and accurate to test. The display part adopts a large-screen display screen. The displayed values are clearly visible, and can display data such as moisture value, sample initial value, final value, measurement time, initial temperature value, and final temperature value. It has the function of connecting with computer and printer. The moisture meter is widely used in all industries that require rapid determination of moisture, such as medicine, food, feed, seeds, dehydrated vegetables, tobacco, chemicals, tea, food, meat, agriculture, forestry, paper, rubber, plastic, textile and other industries.
