A single motor drives each calender. There are friction gears at both ends of the rollers of the three calenders. The speed ratio can be adjusted through the pull key to meet different process requirements. 3. In order to ensure the precision of rolled products, there are shaft passing devices, pull-back devices, and pre-bending devices. 4. The machine is equipped with emergency stop devices to protect operators and equipment. 5. Driven by a DC motor, the digital speed control device is used as the driver to ensure the stability of the output torque.
