A - The rolls are made of chilled cast iron with vanadium and titanium alloys. The roller surface is hard and wear-resistant. For heating or cooling, the rolls are either drilled around the circumference or in the center to allow an even temperature distribution on the roll surface.
B- Rolls are arranged in I and L forms. The upper roll has roll camber, which can eliminate the bending impact on the roll during the working process. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture products having the same thickness in the axial direction.
