1. Application

2. Features

1. The roller is made of chilled alloy cast iron with a cavity, which can be heated by steam or evenly cooled by water to meet different requirements.

2. The ground working surface is smooth, hard and wear-resistant.

3. The curvature of the upper roller is compensated for the curvature of the roller, so that the thickness of the product is uniform along the width direction.

4. The connecting gear is integrated with the planetary gear reducer.

5. The friction ratio of the rolls can be easily changed by simply turning the friction ratio adjuster to meet the different requirements of topping, slitting and calendering sheets.

6. The whole machine has compact design, low noise and long service life.

7. The roller and the output shaft of the gear box are connected by a gear coupling, and the roller runs smoothly, which is beneficial to the product quality.

8. The machine is driven by a DC motor with thyristor, and the working line speed can be adjusted steplessly within the specified range, which is suitable for various purposes.

9. Equipped with an emergency stop device, which can stop the machine in an emergency. Provide accessories such as let-off device and rewinding device.
