Structural features:

1. The syringe-type cold-feed rubber extruder is a technology introduced by our company. It adopts different extruder heads to extrude various rubber semi-finished products, and can also be used to supply rubber to the rubber rolling machine.

2. The barrel is composed of multiple areas, and in the feeding area, the spiral groove cooperates with the side rollers to increase the feeding capacity. In the plasticizing and extrusion zone, the barrel is equipped with different numbers of pins.

3. The screw rod is processed and polished by foreign milling machine, with excellent geometric precision, and it is more wear-resistant after nitriding treatment.

4. The gear of the reducer is made of alloy steel, and the tooth surface is relatively hard.

5. The hot water circulation device automatically controls the temperature of each zone.

6. The machine is driven by DC motor.

7. The plasticizing effect of this machine is good, the extrusion volume is large, the temperature of the glue is low, and the operation is stable.
