Working principle of vertical shaft sand making machine
The motor transmits power through the belt and pulley, and drives the swing jaw to make periodic movements around the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw moves up, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw increases, making the movable jaw close to the fixed jaw.
At the same time, the material is subjected to multiple crushing such as extrusion, kneading, and grinding. When the movable jaw is lowered, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw decreases, and the movable jaw of the jaw crusher is pulled away from the fixed jaw by the rod and spring, and the crushed products are discharged from the outlet of the jaw crusher.
