Thermal resistance:
There is a plug-in thermal resistor in the middle of the bottom of the box, which is connected to the electrical system for temperature detection and display.
Rotor:
It is designed for Banbury type hollow blades. The hollow part is connected with the shaft hole of the rotor shaft and serves as a cooling or heating channel. The top edge of the blade and the end face of the rotor shaft are surfacing and ground with cobalt-based carbide, then hard chromium plated and polished.
Cooling/heating system:
A common piping system is used for cooling or heating of materials in mixing operations. Through this system, cooling water or steam is supplied in three ways to the cavities, mixing chambers and top stampings of the rotor blades.
Tilt mechanism:
It consists of a rotor with brake, cycloid reducer, TP-type worm, worm gear, etc. Able to drive the mixing chamber to tilt 140° around the front rotor.
Dust seal:
The connection between the top of the mixing chamber and the cantilever of the frame adopts an arc-shaped slot dust-proof sealing assembly, which has excellent and reliable sealing effect.
The end face of the rotor adopts end face contact sealing, which is oil-free and has good sealing, wear resistance and durability.
Pneumatic control system:
The pneumatic control system adopts XG command control. The two-way cylinder raises or lowers the ram. When the mixing chamber is overloaded, the top cylinder can be raised automatically or manually if necessary to prevent the motor from being overloaded.
Electronic control system:
The electrical control system uses imported PLC devices and electrical control components, all of which use imported products or imported technology products to improve control reliability.
