Product Description

Concrete placing boom is an auxiliary equipment of concrete pump. It is connected by standard conveying pipe, just like a robot can quickly and accurately deliver to any pouring part of the working surface and carry out continuous pouring. The problem of fabric conveying concrete is solved, which greatly reduces the labor intensity and improves the progress and quality of the construction.

Concrete placing boom is divided into manual placing boom, electric placing boom , hydraulic placing boom , etc.
The concrete placing boom is mainly composed of a main beam frame, a balance frame, a support base and a conveying pipe.
The main beam frame is composed of supporting angle steel, pipe bracket, tie rod and main beam. The main beam frame is mounted on the slewing support, and the 360-degree full rotation can be made through the slewing support. The upper part of the front main beam has a pipe bracket to fix and support the distribution pipe of the distribution pole, and the rear end is equipped with a balance frame to achieve balance of configuration.
The balance frame consists of a balance frame and a weight box. The balance frame is equipped with a weight box, which is installed at the rear flange of the main beam and is fixed by screws to ensure the stability of its work.
The support base is mainly welded by angle steel and steel plate. The slewing bearing is mounted on the lower part of the main beam to support the weight of the whole machine. The upper part is made of 360-degree rotation by the ball-type slewing support of the main beam through the support base to realize different ranges of fabric. The telescopic legs can be adjusted horizontally to achieve the stability of work. Each leg must be leveled during work.
The conveying pipe consists of a fixed riser, a straight pipe, a 90-degree elbow, a manual pipe, a pipe clamp, and the like. The conveying pipe is fixed on the main beam, and the rear 90 degree elbow is connected to the end of the concrete pump conveying pipe.
