After we finish the production, we will pack each piece with PP bags, then put it into a box in 20 or 30pieces, and finally about 100pieces in a carton box.

Of course, we can also package products according to customers' requirements.

After packaging, we will deliver the goods in containers to Guangzhou or Shenzhen Port.

Q: Is it possible to get samples to see your quality?
A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

If you just need a sample which we have in our stock, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.

Q: What do I need for offering a quote ?
A: Please offer us 2D or 3D drawings (with material, dimension, tolerance, surface treatment and other technical requirement etc.) ,quantity, application or samples. Then we will quote the best price within 24h.

Q: How long does it take to customize the sample?
A: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, if we already have the mold in our factory, the samples will be ready in 10-15 working days;
If we need to open a new mould, the samples will be ready in 15-20 working days; The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 working days. You can use your own express account number or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Q: How long does it take for mass production?
A: It largely depends on the order quantity and the season when you place the order. As usual, 20-35working days will be ok. If you are very urgent, we will try our best to do it.

Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept FOB, CFR, CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, Paypal, Western Union, or 30% pre T/T 70% balance before shipment.
