Plate heat exchanger System for water and Steam heating transfer

1.When the double circulation pump unit works normally, it is a pump, and one pump is standby. When the working pump fails, the standby pump can be put into operation automatically.

2.The heat exchanger unit is equipped with stainless steel filter, which has good decontamination effect and long service life. All valves and instrumentation pipes of heat exchanger units adopt high-quality products, which are equipped with advanced and reasonable equipment. The pump runs smoothly and has low noise, which can effectively improve the environment of the engine room. The heat exchanger unit is flexible in configuration. It can be scientifically and reasonably optimized according to the user's requirements to meet the customer's requirements to the greatest extent.

Firstly, it enters the flow tube of the tube desuperheater, and the steam runs between the tubes to form the first heat transfer between the return water and the steam of the heating system. During the heat transfer process, the steam temperature drops below 180 degrees into the DNI hole of the plate heat exchanger. Condensate water is discharged through DN2 hole. The return water of the heating system enters the water supply network from the DN3 hole of the desuperheater outlet to the second heat transfer of the plate heat exchanger and then flows into the water supply network from DN4 hole.

The primary high-temperature heat source (high-temperature water) of the heating network goes directly into the plate heat exchanger, exchanges heat with the heating circulating water and returns to the heating network. After heating, the heating circulating water is sent to the radiators of various heating departments by the circulating pump, and then returns to the import pipeline through the decontaminator. The water loss of heating system is compensated by pressure stabilizing pump or other type of water supply system.

The circulating pipeline is equipped with electric contact pressure gauge, and the regulator pump is controlled by the electric control system for water supply and stabilization. The regulator pump can also be controlled manually.
