Operation:

· Turn on the power supply on the panel, then set the current value on head screen, and the cooling fan inside the machine will start working immediately.

· Be sure that the welding current is appropriate and thrust current according to the thickness of the welding workpiece, electrode diameter, welding station and welding procedure.

· With soldering holders clamping welding rods, the machine is now in manual mode and on standby.

· Thrust current and adjust the knob are designed to regulate the welding performance. With the work of vertical welding and overhead welding, it can achieve a very good performance.

· Arc current knob adjustment is in order to regulate the arc performance.

· If the welder has a remote control device: when using the remote control device, plant the remote plug into the remote socket correctly and tightly in order to avoid the bad contact; when remote control device is free, pull off the remote control plug.

· Remote/local conversion function of this machine is automatically converted, when plug in remote control, the welding current will automatically converte to the remote control, and welding current on the machine does not work. When unplugging the remote control, the welding current only work on the machine.
