Drying method is varied,such as drying,cooking,drying,vacuum drying and spray drying,but ordinary drying methods are generally above 0 ℃ or under higher temperature. Drying products generally have the problem of shrinking volume and hardening texture,most volatile components will be lost,some heat sensitive substances denaturation,inactivation,and some substances even oxidation. Therefore, the dried product compared with before drying,in the character has the very big difference. Freeze-dried law basically under 0 ℃,namely,under the product freeze state parsing is generally not more than 60 ℃ when dry.Under vacuum conditions,when water vapor sublimates directly,the drug remains in the ice shelf when it freezes,forming a spongy porous structure that is nearly constant in size when it dries.If water for injection is added before reuse,it will dissolve immediately.
