1. It adopts the newest type high-power transmission mechanism to arrange the chain and drive the main driving shaft. The errors and noises of other gear wheel transmission can be avoided.

The machine is suitable for industries of foodstuff, medicine, medical instruments, hardware, electronics and etc for packing.
Package material placement screw
The position of the card needs to be aligned with the middle position of the forming mold to adjust the composite of the heating plate.
Cutting system
The inverter regulates the rotational speed of the internal brush disc. The interior is equipped with high-quality soft brush and does not scratch the product. Depending on the nature of the material, it can be cut by brush, manual discharge or pump injection.
Molding mold
Customize the molding die according to the samples or requirements provided by the customer to determine the layout and punching method. If the blowing is too deep, an overmolding mold is required.
Molding heating
Preheating and blowing the required packaging materials, heating the plate with full heat, and blowing bubbles smoothly. The molding temperature is generally controlled at about 115 degrees Celsius. The mold positioning is accurate, and the size of the molding die is even and accurate.
Heat sealing and traction system
With high temperature sealing, the temperature can be adjusted, and the heat sealing temperature is generally controlled between 150-160 degrees Celsius. Cylinder drive, firm bonding, accurate operation and easy operation.
The two-cylinder traction positioning system has a more precise stroke and is not easy to shape.
Punching device
The punching position is positioned accurately, and the position of the cutter can be adjusted before and after. After the cutter is installed, the cut blister board is free of burrs. It is strictly forbidden to use the start when the mode is adjusted, and the mode should be adjusted by the jog mode.
Power and water pipe connection
A water cooling cycle is used. Connect the water pump to the air compressor.
Packing
Machine packing inside is plastic films and outside is fumigation wooden case.
Our wooden case is very strong,it can bear long time shipping on the sea.
And machine with preservative film, it can stop the salt sea water enter into the machine and make the machine corrosion.
