This is our wood flow continuous coconut shell carbonization furnace sterilizer kiln machine. The artificial wood blocks, logs, branches, bamboo, coconut shells and other raw materials can be directly made into charcoal.
How is charcoal produced? It is divided into three processes:
1. Hot
After sealing work, heat the stove with wood chips or gas. Mainly, the fire is burned for 10 minutes. When the temperature reaches 90 degrees Celsius, it is turned to simmer. This process takes 80-120 minutes to reduce the water vapor in the material.
2. Pyrolysis
Keep heating, when the temperature reaches 180-235 degrees Celsius for 3-5 hours, the process will generate gas. This gas is then used as fuel for heating. The whole process takes about 8 hours. When the temperature reaches the maximum and decreases, the retorting process ends.
3. Cool down
Hang the inner pot outside and seal the tube of the lid. Let it cool naturally. The cooling time is longer and the charcoal quality is good. You can remove the charcoal when the temperature is below 50 degrees. Otherwise, the charcoal will burn again when it encounters oxygen in the air.

The system consists of a purification tank and an exhaust heating circulation pipe. Smoke purifiers are used to purify smoke (not burn) and filter wood tar. The flue gas passing through the purification tank will become water vapor and will not pollute the air.

The difference between the newly designed charcoal carbonization furnace and other suppliers:
