work process

Working principle of plastic melting densifier:The four-shaft crushing blade is two parallel blade shafts with different rotation directions, each blade shaft has 18 blades, which are driven by a gearbox to transport the material through the screen to the barrel. The material is fed into the heating cylinder by the high-speed rotating screw. They will then melt at high heat, extruding into the expected sharpness.

Plastic Melting Machine Crusher Technology:The inclined feeding hopper is convenient for EPS material input, and the material will not be pushed out during the crushing process. The plastic recycling machine adopts a double-shaft crushing blade, two parallel blade axes are symmetrically fixed to the blade, the blades on the two blade shafts are arranged in dislocation, and the blade arithmetic angle of each shaft is evenly arranged on the blade shaft in the same direction. The first and last blades of each axis have a 90° angle.
