Industrial centrifugal spray dryer

The spray dryer is one of the continuous atmospheric dryers. The liquid material is sprayed with a special device to form a mist and dried in contact with hot air. For drying some heat-sensitive liquids, suspensions and viscous liquids such as milk, eggs, tannins and pharmaceuticals. Also used for drying fuels, intermediates, soap powder and inorganic salts.

High-speed drying: After atomization, the surface area of the liquid material is greatly increased, and 95%-98% of the water in the hot air can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time only takes a few seconds, especially for heat-sensitive materials.

The product achieves good homogeneity, fluidity and solubility, as well as purity and quality. The production process is simplified and the operation control is convenient. For liquid materials with a moisture content of 40-60% (special materials can reach 90%), they can be dried into powder products at one time. After drying, there is no need for grinding and screening, which reduces production processes and improves product purity. Product particle size, bulk density and moisture can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions within a certain range, and the control and management is very convenient.

working principle

After being filtered and heated, the air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the spiral evenly into the drying chamber.
