scope
This product is suitable for water pumps (fire fighting, water supply, sewage treatment, oil products, etc.), fans, blowers, extruders, centrifuges, mixers, conveyors, ball mills, propellers, windlasses, bilge pumps, refrigeration compressors, steel rolling Machine mills, compressors (screw, plunger, centrifugal, turbine) and other motors are used for starting;
Working principle:
When starting the squirrel-cage asynchronous motor, the stator winding of the motor is first connected to a star, and after a certain rated speed, that is, after starting, it is connected to a delta operation within the rated time.
The advantages of this product: it can reduce the starting current and reduce its impact on the power grid and other electrical equipment in the same distribution network. The operating current at start-up is only one third of that of delta direct start-up. If the starting current is 6-7 times, the starting current is 2-2.3 times when the star-delta is started. The starting torque when starting is also directly reduced to 1/3 of the original delta connection.

Precaution:
1. The stator winding of the motor is delta connection, and the rated voltage is 380V;
2. Remove the three connectors from the motor terminal box. Note that the positions of U1 V1 W1 and W2 U2 V2 correspond to the positions of the junction boxes in the star-delta starter cabinet.
3. When the motor is overloaded, the motor protector will act to protect and stop, (according to the motor power, adjust the operating current of the motor protector) and start after eliminating the relevant faults;
4. The time relay conversion time is appropriately adjusted according to the running speed of the motor, generally around 5-9S;
5. The main contact of the contactor is triggered at the start of delta operation (or with knocking). Please check motor taps and troubleshoot. Replace the contactor and enable the input. (This is a human fault, not covered by the warranty)

Product performance:

When starting the motor, the starting wire of the power cord should not exceed 3 to 4 times the rated current of the motor. The start-up time should be adjusted according to the power of the motor, generally 01-99S, including the sum of several or several consecutive start-up times. If the sum of the continuous start-up times has reached 30S, the start-up cooling time should be restarted within half an hour, so This product can only be used for a long time and is not suitable for frequent operation or overload.
Install and use
When installing in a room, make sure the following conditions can work properly:
(1), the altitude does not exceed 2000 meters;
(2) The temperature of the surrounding medium is not higher than +40°C and not lower than -10°C;
(3) The relative humidity of the air is not more than 85%;
(4) The amplitude is not more than 0.5 mm, and the frequency is not more than 600 vibrations per minute;
(5) The inclination angle of the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 degrees;
(6) In a non-explosive medium, and there is no place in the medium that is sufficient to corrode metals and destroy insulating gas and conductive dust.
