NZS thickener is a new type of central transmission, automatic lifting rake type high-efficiency thickener developed by our company on the basis of absorbing foreign technology. It is widely used in coal, metal mineral processing water, metallurgy, chemical industry, tailings treatment, environmental protection, etc.
NZS-3 concentrator
The high-efficiency thickener produced by our company is suitable for mineral processing plants to remove water in concentrates and tailings, and can concentrate ore pulp from 20-30% to about 40-70%. This high-efficiency concentrator is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, non-metallic ore dressing, environmental protection and other industries.

The high-efficiency concentrator is mainly composed of a circular concentrator pool and a rake scraper. The solid particles suspended in the slurry in the thickening tank fall under the action of gravity, and the upper part is clear water, so that the solid particles are separated from the liquid. The ore pulp deposited at the bottom of the thickening tank is continuously scraped by the rake scraper to the discharge port at the center of the bottom of the tank, and the clean water overflows along the upper edge of the thickening tank.
