The concentrator is a solid-liquid separation equipment based on gravity sedimentation.

The slurry with a solid content of 10% to 20% can be concentrated through gravity sedimentation into an underflow slurry with a solid content of 45% to 55%. The concentrated underflow slurry will be discharged from the underflow port of the machine. The thickener is operated slowly by a rake installed inside the thickener. The upper part produces cleaner clarified liquid (overflow), which is discharged from the annular chute at the top.
