Product Description

1) Features and Description

The machine is asymmetric 3-roll mechanical and asymmetric type. It is easy for operation and maintenance.

Upper roll is driven by motor by means of reducer. And lower roll is moved vertically while the side roll is moved upper and down at an angle, manually by hand wheel for bending sheet at different diameter.

It is capable of round rolling and pre-bending.

Referring to the rolling process schematic diagram below for reference.

With grooves wire for bending wires.

Conical bending device, supplied as accessory.

Optional equipment: Side roll electric adjusting system with digital display controller could be could be equipped.
