Cheese is a finished product made from fresh milk that has been pasteurized, fermented, coagulated, pressed and cut; cheese making machine.
Cheese is a fermented dairy product with properties similar to common yogurt. It is made through a fermentation process and contains lactic acid bacteria that can be used for health. However, the concentration of cheese is higher than that of yogurt, making it closer to solid food and having higher nutritional value.


Fresh milk cooling tank
Fresh milk needs to be stored at low temperatures to ensure its stable quality.
This equipment is equipped with a compressor to ensure that the fresh milk is kept below 4°C
Milk pasteurization tank
Fresh milk needs to be pasteurized to remove some active bacteria and ensure the stability of subsequent fermentation of the fresh milk, but the temperature should not exceed 40°C.
Cheese barrel
The cheese tank is used for heating, fermenting, cooling, receiving rennet, stirring and demulsifying milk. During the processing, the heating temperature and stirring speed are automatically controlled.
