Full automatic control CIP cleaning system

Full automatic control CIP cleaning system can clean all machines in the dairy production line.

CIP (cleaning in place) cleaning system is a system, in which, producing equipments (tanks, pipes and valves etc.) and whole production line is cleaned and disinfected circularly in a closed loop without being dismantled or open. It is applied for cleaning of equipments and pipes in industries of dairy, beverages, alcohol, agricultural.

Main components:

CIP cleaning liquid storage tanks (include acid tank, alkali tank, hot water tank, clean water tank). 

Two single layer tanks for concentrated acid and alkali.

CIP process and return pumps.

Two diaphragm pumps for pumping concentrated acid/alkali.

Heat exchanger (plate type, coil tube type, tubular type)

One electric control cabinet, Siemens PLC + touch screen

According to customers’ requirements, we can make one circuit, the two circuits, three circuits, four circuits and so on.

System control cabinet:

This system adopts the Siemens PLC program to control, with the colored Siemens touch screen to operate and display the whole process flow and also the each controlling parameter. The temperature of the cleaning liquid can be set. It can set the PH value, the cleaning time, and cleaning sequence. It is with an alarming device. 

The operation principle of the system:

1. Auto-flow control for the cleaning solution.

2. Automatically regulate the temperature of the cleaning liquid.

3. Auto-compensate for the inside tank liquid level.

4. Automatically-compensation for the acid and alkali concentration.

5. Auto transfer from one cleaning liquid to another.

6. System auto alarm-device.

Washing process: take dairy and beverage industry as an example

1. Wash for 3-5 minutes at room temperature or above 60°C hot water; alkali wash for 10-20 minutes, 1%-2% solution, 60°C-80°C; middle wash for 5-10 minutes, clean water below 60°C; Finally wash for 3-5 minutes, clean water. 

2. Wash for 3-5 minutes, hot water at room temperature or above 60°C; alkali wash for 5-10 minutes, 1%-2% solution, 60°C-80°C, middle wash for 5-10 minutes, clean water below 60°C, Sterilize for 10-20 minutes with hot water above 90°C.
