Product Description

Thermoforming vacuum packing machine is mainly used for forming tray and seal packing. It can be with soft or hard film tray that sealed with either platic film or alumininium made film.

*Food industries are using the machine to pack PICKLE, MEAT, FRUITS, SAUCE, ETC.

Working Process

Forming (tray) → Filling (Automatic or by hand) → Vacuum Sealing → Date printing(Optional) → Cutting

Control system:

Our machine is using Siemens(Germany) PLC S-700 Computer interface touch screen, Schneider-France/Panasonic- Japan servo motor to adjust speed. MOST IMPORTANT is PUMP is using BUSCH(GERMANY.)

The other brand we are using for our devices are also from Japan, Europe, Taiwan and etc. Also equipped with perfect security protection measures to avoid any incident such as alarm or machine operation would pause.

2. Use combined mold which is easy to change ,multi-usage, mold is using water system for cooling to last longer.

3. Able to make the machine according to customer's product packaging requirements to equipment with Coding system and on the basis of the vacuum can fill in nitrogen or other mixed gases.

4. Equipped with world-class original German BUSCH RA0111 vacuum pump with high degree of vacuum, Stable quality, durable and reliable.

5. Equipped with rolling wheel to collect waste film for recycling system to keep environment clean.

6. Using 2 different system for the advanced longitudinal-cutting and transverse cutting system.
