Automatic pneumatic loading arms

Loading arms are used to transfer liquid or liquefied gas from one tank to another through an articulated pipe system consisting of rigid piping and swivel joints to obtain flexibility.

Transfer to or from a truck transported tank or rail transported tank requires a Top Loading Arm or a Bottom Loading Arm.

CPEPT 3Q202 series are automatic pneumatic top loading arms. This type of loading arms consists of inner arm, outer arm, drop pipe, swivel joints, pneumatic cylinder and lifting system of pneumatic motor. The size can be from DN50 to DN200. 2 sets of pneumatic cylinder respectively control inner arm and outer arm to move horizontally. Pneumatic motor control drop pipe to move downwards and upwards.
