API 7K Oilfield Mud Pump Bi-metal and Ceramic Liners

Drilling Pump Liners:

The outer hull of drilling pump liner is manufactured by high -strength forging to ensure consistent quality. The sleeve is centrifugally casted by skilled craftsmen. It has the maximum amount of chrome for the base metal to increase the hardness depth, then the sleeve is inserted into the hull at a tightness at exceeds its counterparts. Our cylinder liner is rated to match the pressure rating of the pump per liner size.

Our drilling rig pump liners are exchangeable with OEM brand pumps and meet API-7K standards, such as F series, FB series, PZ series, P series, T series, TPK series, 3NB series, UNB series, UNBT series mud pumps.

Main Features:

1) Wear resistant, corrosion resistant, high pressure resistant.
2) Outer shell forged by high quality #45 steel.
3) Inner sleeve casted by high chromium cast iron, chromium content 26%-28%.
4) Best surface finish of inner sleeve, smooth as a mirror, extend service life of pump liners.
5) Sleeve hardness: more than HRC62.
6) The normal service life is ≥ 800 hours.
