BYC-300, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200 Coating Machine for Pharmaceutical plant
Main application:
This is a machine that integrates the features of strong current, weak current, hydraulic and pneumatic. It is used to sugar coat and film the outer surface of Chinese and Western medicine tablets. It is a new type of equipment modified on the basis of the general sugar coating machine. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic, plastic and metallurgical industries.

Operating principle:
1. It consists of multiple parts: the host sugar coating machine, controlled constant temperature hot air system, automatic liquid and gas supply system and so on.
2. The main motor can be adjusted by frequency conversion. It will automatically control the coating materials to be sprayed onto the surface of the tablets with a high atomization spray gun. Meanwhile, the tablets make continuous and complex trajectories in the coating pot. It makes the coating liquid evenly wrapped on the tablets.
3. There is controlled constant temperature hot air in the pot to dry the tablets. It makes the surface of the tablet quickly form a stable, meticulous, complete and sleek film.
