single acting cylinder
A single-acting cylinder in a reciprocating engine is a cylinder in which the working fluid acts only on one side of the piston. Single-acting cylinders rely on loads, springs, momentum from other cylinders or a flywheel to push the piston back in the other direction. Single-acting cylinders are present in most types of reciprocating engines. They are almost universal in internal combustion engines such as gasoline and diesel engines, and are also used in many external combustion engines such as Stirling engines and some steam engines. They are also present in pumps and hydraulic cylinders.
Double acting cylinder
A double-acting cylinder is a cylinder in which the working fluid acts alternately on both sides of the piston. In order to connect the piston in a double-acting cylinder to an external mechanism, such as a crankshaft, one end of the cylinder must be provided with a hole for the piston rod and equipped with a sealing cap or "stuffing box" to prevent working fluid from escaping. Double-acting cylinders are common in steam engines, but not in other engine types. Many hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders use them where bidirectional force needs to be generated. Double-acting hydraulic cylinders have a port on each end that supplies hydraulic oil for the retraction and extension of the piston. Double-acting cylinders are used in situations where external force cannot be used to retract the piston or where significant force is required in both directions of travel.
First use bubble wrap, then use wood wrap to protect the hydraulic cylinder
test:We do a 100% high pressure test on each hydraulic cylinder before packing.
painting:When painting, each hydraulic cylinder has three steps.
