working principle
The ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, driven by edge gears, with two chambers and a lattice. The material enters the first chamber through the feeding port, and there are stage lining plates, corrugated lining plates and various steel balls inside the first chamber. The rotation of the shell produces eccentricity, and this force brings the ball to a certain height, and then the ball falls under the action of gravity, impacting and grinding the material. After the primary grinding in the first chamber, the material enters the second chamber through the sorting screen, and the second chamber has a flat lining plate and steel balls. After the secondary grinding, the material is discharged through the discharge screen.
