2 Mixing mechanism:
2.1 The rotor is a double-sided shearing type, the working edge is welded with carbide, and the entire working part of the rotor body is plated with hard chrome; the internal design of the forced cooling or heating channel is convenient to control the temperature of the rotor during the stirring process.
2.2 The mixing chamber adopts a jacketed welding structure with cooling or heating channels, which can easily control the temperature of the mixing chamber during the rubber mixing process; the working surface of the mixing chamber is plated with hard chrome; the bottom of the mixing chamber has a thermocouple to measure the temperature, Participate in compounding control.
2.3 The rotor seal adopts an external pressure structure, and the sealing ring is made of copper, which has self-lubricating function and good sealing effect.

3 Turnover discharge mechanism:
