   Gypsum powder production line brief introduction:

1. Capacity:

  From 10,000 tons per year to 300,000 tons per year

 (working time is according to 300 days per year,24 hours per day)

2. Automation: High degree automatic

  The production equipments are easy to arrange into a whole production line. Except production special set parts, the rest can adopt domestic standard equipments. The driving device can also adopt domestic standard equipments. This would reduce the manufacture of non standard equipments; thus the production because more safe and stable.

 In conformity with national standard “GB/T 9776-2008 construction gypsum”

(1). Product quality: reach or exceed the china (GB9776-88 building gypsum) requirements.

(2). Fineness: 80 mesh-120mesh

(3). Bending strength  (have direct relations with raw material) : was 1.8 Mpa; Compressive  strength: was 3.0 Mpa.

(4). Main relative composition:

 Hemihydrate gypsum content: more than 80% adjustable

 The content of dihydrate gypsum: less than 5% adjustable

 Soluble anhydrous gypsum content: less than 5% adjustable

(5).Initial setting time: 3 to 8 min adjustable; Final setting time: 6 to 15 min adjustable.

(6). Scale thick: 78 to 85% adjustable.
