A: The MOQ is 1000pcs each.

4: How can I get a sample?

A: Samples can be sent by UPS, FedEx or DHL or other international express you want.

We will provide the sample cost and delivery cost to the buyer, after the buyer confirms and pays, we will arrange the delivery according to the agreed delivery time.

5: What is your after-sale service

A: We provide one year warranty.

Once the parts are broken within one year warranty period, customers can send photos or samples for us to confirm. If the parts are not damaged by misuse, we will reply to the customer within 48 hours and provide free parts replacement. Also, for unusable and out-of-warranty parts, we only charge the base cost of the part.

We regularly follow up the use of products, and analyze and reproduce feedback in a timely manner. For disputes, we will come up with effective actions to achieve the satisfaction of both parties.
