    One phase can be up to 16KW/20KVA.

A:We have a professional after-sales team, in case of any problems, first contact us to help you solve, we have a 24 months warranty.We will track product usage until you are satisfied.

Q3.Can you accept OEM, ODM service?

A:Yes, we accept OEM,ODM service.

Q4.what kind of certificate you have ?

A:Our company already achieve ISO, CCC, and for products, we have CE, ETL, Thayer, UL .

Q 5. what's the payment term?

A: We accept TT,30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L

Q 6. how's the delivery time ?

A: Usually it will take about 5-7 workdays for production

Q 7. what kind of material of transformer?

A:we have two types, one 100% copper and the other is copper with aluminum.It depends on your requirement. In fact,those two have no difference if normal work well. Only except the long life. Copper is better and also higher price.

Q8: What's the different between inverter and solar inverter?

A:  Inverter is only accept AC input, but solar inverter not only accept AC input but also can connect with solar panel to accept PV input, it more save power.
