Overview

The crystallization kettle is mainly composed of the kettle body, stirring device, driving device, motor bracket, process nozzle, filter, condenser, mother liquor receiving tank, heating and refrigeration circulator and vacuum pump. The kettle body includes an inner cylinder body and a jacket body. The stirring device consists of stirring blades and stirring shafts, the form of which depends on the process design. The driving device is set up to drive the stirring device. It is mainly composed of a motor, a reducer, and a bearing seat. The driving mode is magnetic drive. The magnetic seal has the advantages of cleanness, quietness, and good sealing.

Technical principles

After the material is added to the crystallizer, low-temperature circulating liquid is injected through the jacket. The material is fully cooled and crystallized under stirring. The separated material enters the filter through the bottom valve of the kettle body, and the material filter cake is obtained through vacuum filtration. The mother liquor flows through the pipeline to the mother liquor receiving tube tank. After removing the filter cake, the mother liquor can be transferred to the crystallization kettle through the pipeline, and the heating function of the heating and refrigeration cycle is turned on to concentrate and distill the mother liquor. After concentration, the mother liquor can be recrystallized in a crystallizer and filtered to obtain the recovered product.
