When the instrument is powered on for the first time, the built-in magnetic latching relay needs to be reset. During this period, it will turn on for more than ten seconds and maintain output (delay protection). Only after the startup is completed and the measurement interface is reached, the over-limit enablement (such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overpower and other protection functions take effect) and the normal working mode of the measurement data can be realized.
This watch can freely set the undervoltage and overvoltage recovery time (1-99 minutes). When the voltage is restored, normal power supply will be restored within the time you set!

2. What APP is supported and where can I download it?

A: Tuya APP and Smart Life APP are currently supported, which can be downloaded from major application markets (Google Play for Android, Apple App Store for IOS)

3. Does it currently support computer APP?

A: The WIFI version does not support computer APP, but the Bluetooth version can support computer APP (please check the instructions of the Bluetooth version for details)

4. What types of mobile phones are supported?

A: Currently supports Android phones and Apple phones!

5. How big is the shunt?

Answer: The built-in 100A shunt does not require an external CT!

6. Is it single phase or three phase?

Answer: Currently this is single phase electricity!

7. Is this product a 2.4G or 5G network?

Answer: This model is a WIFI version, supports 2.4G network, and currently does not support 5G!

8. Regarding relay, what is the difference between the WIFI version and the Bluetooth version?

A: Built-in 100A relay, the WIFI version has a relay, and the Bluetooth version does not have a relay.

9. Does the product have a power-off memory function?

A: The data has power-off memory, but the switch mode does not have power-off memory. After the power is turned on, the relay is closed and the screen shows normally that the connection is not disconnected!
