Working Principle FL Fluidized Bed Dryer Granulator

The powder particles (fluidized) in the container appear in a fluidized state, preheated and mixed with clean hot air, while the adhesive solution is atomized, sprayed into the container, and part of the particles become granules containing adhesive. Continuous drying by hot air evaporates the moisture in the granulation and solidifies the binder. This process is carried out continuously, resulting in the formation of ideal, uniform, porous particles.
